Ingredients
1 Large Tomato (Beef or preferably Marmande - the ribbed ones) thinly sliced
1/4 Mild onion or shallot thinly sliced
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Method
Mix all the ingrediants in a large bowl and leave for an hour or so before eating
